I have been wanting storybook like books of the Book of Mormon for my Little’s for a long time so I was excited to see someone making them. The book is cute and good for 1 year olds. I wish the books had a little more detail then they do, and while the pics are cute I wish they were people rather then animals. Over all a very cute book and hope they make more.

I adore board books. Especially board books that I can teach my little ones out of. This one is great for introducing the stories from the scriptures to little kids. I love that it tells the story but also pulls out the principles. Highly recommend this book and definitely looking forward to more in the future!

This is a delightful way to introduce children to the scriptures from the Book of Mormon. The tale is rendered in rhyme with colorful illustrations. The events are accurate in spite of the fact that all of the nightmares of the original are left out. As the author herself has pointed out, this charming little book is intended to be read alongside the family’s reading of the complete Book of Mormon. This allows the parents or adult guardians to determine what action a particular child is ready to handle. This would be a great blessing for anyone who has been looking for a way to introduce Nephi 1-4 to someone who is just beginning to understand words such as “prophet” and “repentance.” While there have been other simplified-for-children versions of the scriptures, they have always been better suited toward an older audience than Dulaney’s work–and often included graphics that would not be so nice for sensitive readers. What a joy to have this book.

I love this book! The story is so easy to follow & the illustrations are beautiful! I love that the author used animal characters to tell the story. This book will be such a help as my daughter grows older & starts to learn more about the Book of Mormon. It is so simple & easy to understand! I would recommend this book to anyone!

This is such an adorable book! I love that it’s a board book, so it’s sturdy enough for my infant son to enjoy. The pictures tell the story well, and the story is short and sweet for little learners. This book will be a great addition to our scripture learning in the home!
